Is this wine actually decent?
This wine is excellent. End of story. We started Bottle It Up because we are wine snobs that had real issues emoting. Not real issues selecting wine. Our wines are not crappy cheap cleanskins, they are produced using ultra-premium fruit in the Yarra Valley – the home of some of Australia’s finest Pinot Noir, Chardonnay & Cabernet varietals.
How long will it take for my wine to arrive?
We deliver via express post with Australia Post. We post within 2 business days and you will be issued with a tracking number.
Liquor must be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The licensee must ensure that delivery arrangements include requiring evidence of age where appropriate. Liquor must not be delivered and left at unoccupied premises on same day the order is received. Liquor may only be delivered during the following hours:
– between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. on any day other than Sunday, Good Friday, Anzac Day or Christmas Day.
– between 10 a.m. and 11 p.m. on Sunday.
– between 12 noon and 11 p.m. on Anzac Day.
– No deliveries are permitted on Christmas Day or Good Friday.

Are you going to extend the range? Where is my Rosé? Sparkling?
We love Rosé as much as you do, promise. And who doesn’t like bubbles? Many new varietals are coming soon for your gifting pleasure.
Alcohol consumption?
Under Australian laws, alcoholic beverages can only be sold or supplied to persons aged 18 years of age or over. By placing an order you are confirming to us that you and the recipient are at least 18 years of age. Bottle It Up encourages the legal and responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Will you offer more than wine?
Damn straight. We are working to bring you a wide variety of gifting options. Stay tuned!
What is your returns policy?
We only accept returns for wines damaged via post. Please contact us via emotionalsupport@bottleitup.com.au.
Do the wines come chilled?
Unfortunately no, they do not. The recipient could always add ice if they are mega classy like that.
Are any of the wines vegan or organic?
We selected this initial range of wines 100% for their taste profiles, so unfortunately at this stage they are not organic or vegan however our future ranges will include these options. All our wines are regional to Victoria and perfectly reflect the local climate and soils.
Do I have to be 18 to send or receive the wine?
Indeed you do. The legal age for alcohol consumption in Australia is 18 years old. So you must be at least 18 to order and receive our wines.

Why did you really start Bottle It Up?
We needed to say sorry to Mum. A real big heartfelt sorry. But we were stubborn and didn’t want to admit the wrong doing in person. Yes yes gutless. Mum isn’t a flower kind of girl and she loves a bottle of red. Hence, Bottle It Up was born.
